The Recruiting Process
1. Preparation and briefing
Definition of the job profile to ensure long-term placement success.
The Perconex Operational Management Team identifies suitable candidates. The client is provided with an initial longlist from which it narrows down candidates according to formal criteria.
Perconex then holds face-to-face meetings with the candidates interested in changing jobs.
3. Presentation of the candidates
The client is presented with detailed profiles of interested candidates who have been shortlisted for the position following an interview with Perconex.
PERCONEX generally participates in the candidate discussions and moderates the contract negotiations, if so required.
